Our yoga meditation retreat is a residential program where you will learn Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, and Ashtanga Yoga Asana along with different pranayama and Meditation.

Highlights of Yoga Retreat.

7 days retreat in Pokhara Nepal by Beach and Hills yoga aims at introducing the basics of yoga and how to incorporate these basics in our day to day life.
This program strikes just the right balance between having an enjoyable time at Pokhara and simultaneously taking a deep dive into yoga basics. Pranayama and meditation are intrinsic part of the program and hatha yoga asanas are carefully crafted to suit this 7 days immersion.

Foundation in asanas :
Yoga asanas introduced in this program have been carefully chosen keeping in mind the spine mobility enhancement and over all joint health upkeep.
Students are methodically taught asanas making them aware of functional movements and joint interaction dynamics.

Pranayama:
Pranayama is the very base of concentration as suggested by master Patanjali. Keeping this in mind we have designed a detailed program to introduce the students with the potential of prana harnessing and benefits that one can reap out of it.
Ujjayi breath, alternate nostril breath, and cleansing kriyas are taught gently during the program. Relation of breath with accessory muscle is explained and students are taught how to make use of diff areas of lungs.

MEDITATION:
Students are taught concentration techniques in the first two days of the course and rest of the days are used to deepen this concentration so as to move into spontaneous states of dhyana.

Techniques of meditation introduced are :
Nada Brahma

Visualization meditation
Kundalini meditation
Sahaja Yog Dhyana
Our effort is to make our students capable of sitting in concentration on their own without the help of the teacher for at least 15 minutes every day.

We totally understand that unforeseen circumstances might need you to change plans, and so our cancellation policy makes it easier to do that.
  • Cancellations prior to 30 days from the start of the trip — full refund.
  • Cancellation between 30 days and 15 days to the start of the trip — 50% refund.
  • Cancellation less than 15 days to the start of the trip — no refund.

In case of unforeseen weather conditions, government restrictions or any other unavoidable circumstances beyond the control of the host, certain activities during the expedition or the event itself may be cancelled, or there could be change in the itinerary. In such cases, the host will try their best to provide an alternate feasible activity or a voucher will be handed over (in case of cancellation or rescheduling of event) to you. However no refund will be provided for the same.

In case the trip is cancelled by the host for lack of minimum number of people in the batch, you will get a full refund.
