Indrahar Pass towering at the height of 4,324 meters above the sea level is one such mountain pass that entices trekkers from across the globe to experience incredible views. 

It is Located in the Dhauladhar Range of the mighty Himalayas.

This pass is also popular among the tourist due to the close proximity with Dharamshala, Mcleodganj.

Distance & Driving Time from Delhi:  475 km, 10 Hrs.
Maximum Altitude:   4,324 meters ( 14,245 ft )
Temp: 0°C –  15°C.
Best Time: May-July, Sept-Oct.
Trek Distance: 40 km. Approx.
Trek Duration: 3 Nights, 4 Days.


Day 1: Drive from Mcleodganj  to Dharamkot and then Trek to Triund (9 Km, 6 Hr).

Day 2: Trek from Triund to Laka Glacier/Lahesh Cave(6 Km, 4-5 Hr).

Day 3: Trek from Laka Glacier/Lahesh Cave to Indrahar Pass and back to Laka Glacier ( (10 km, 7 Hr).

Day 4: Trek from Laka Glacier to Mcleodganj  (14 Km, 4-5 Hr).

Note:  Minimum 5 persons required to operate this trek.

 2. Pullover/ Sweatshirt-2, Collared Full Sleeve T-Shirt (Lightweight)-2.
 3. Warmer/ Thermal-2 (Upper & Lower).
 4. Woolen Cap-1, Neck-Warmer-1, Gloves-1, Cotton Socks-4, Woolen Socks-2.
 5. Poncho/ Rain suit (Mandatory)
 6. Floater/ Chappal, Good Pair of Hiking Shoes (Waterproof).
 7. Cold Cream, Sunscreen Lotion, Lip Balm/ Lip Guard.
 8. Personal Medicines, Inhalers (if any suffer from asthma).
 9. Water Bottle – 2(Mandatory).
10. Head Lamp or Torch/ Flashlight with a fresh pair of Batteries (Mandatory).
11. Solar Charger/ Power Bank to charge Mobile and Digi Camera.
12. Personal Toilet Kit and Toilet Paper.
13. Sun Cap/ Hat, Early-Dry Towel.
14. Sunglasses (Mandatory).
15. Trekking/ Hiking Pant/ Short-2 (Mandatory).
16. Camera with charged Batteries (to capture memories).

  • Cancellations prior to 30 days from the start of the trip — full refund.
  • Cancellation between 30 days and 15 days to the start of the trip — 50% refund.
  • Cancellation less than 15 days to the start of the trip — no refund.

In case of unforeseen weather conditions, government restrictions or any other unavoidable circumstances beyond the control of the host, certain activities during the expedition or the event itself may be cancelled, or there could be change in the itinerary. In such cases, the host will try their best to provide an alternate feasible activity or a voucher will be handed over (in case of cancellation or rescheduling of event) to you. However no refund will be provided for the same.

In case the trip is cancelled by the host for lack of minimum number of people in the batch, you will get a full refund.
