Itinerary


Day 0: RUMSU BASE CAMP (Optional Day - Cost listed in optional services)

Reach Rumsu Base camp by 12:00 Noon, our representative will welcome you upon arrival. Upon arrival at base camp, a welcome drink will be served and you complete the registration details.

Rumsu is a very old village in Kullu valley, well-known for its traditional values despite being more than 1000 years old culture. Our base camp here will give you with thrilling opportunities to discover the remote valley of Kullu. Upon arrival at base camp, the greeting is to be done with serving a welcome drink and you complete the registration details. We will be taking you for a familiarization walk around the base camp. We will make you walk for approximate 2 km to make sure your body habituated to the terrain and walking at higher altitudes, which will help with your real trek.

Day 1: RUMSU-MANALI-GULABA AND TREK TO ROLAKHOLI

We will need to start the trek with a jeep ride from Rumsu to Gulaba. The jeep ride normally takes 2 hours to reach from Rumsu to Gulaba. On the way we will be passing some villages and deodar tree line, there will be a visual treat of snow-capped mountains. All the travelers from Gulaba have to start the trek for Rolakholi campsite. The climbs till Rolakholi are moderate and take around 5 to 6 hours to reach. Rolakholi is a stunning campsite and the fascinating part of this hike is that it moves through wonderful forests and lush meadows with an amazing view of Solang Valley.  At night, we have to stay in camps.


Day 2: ROLAKHOLI CAMP TO BHRIGU LAKE AND BACK TO ROLAKHOLI CAMP

After having breakfast, the third day of the trek starts in the early hours so as to have the benefit of the visual pleasure of Himalayan sunrise from Rola Kholi. After packing some lunch and sufficient drinking water along the trek begins for the day towards Bhrigu Lake at 14,000 feet. The total journey for the day is 10 kms trekking and it takes approximately 7 hours to complete the same. 


Day 3: ROLAKHOLI CAMP TO MANALI

The last day of the trekking is planned as after the breakfast we will be trekking back to Solang Nalla and then to Manali (Jeep Ride) from our camp at Bakar Thatch. We will giving a drop at Manali Bus stand with lot of happy memories for life time.

Trekking in Manali is quite common but with Bhrigu Lake Trek everyone can take pleasure in the beauty of the mountaineering.

We totally understand that unforeseen circumstances might need you to change plans, and so our cancellation policy makes it easier to do that.
  • Cancellations prior to 30 days from the start of the trip — full refund.
  • Cancellation between 30 days and 15 days to the start of the trip — 50% refund.
  • Cancellation less than 15 days to the start of the trip — no refund.

In case of unforeseen weather conditions, government restrictions or any other unavoidable circumstances beyond the control of the host, certain activities during the expedition or the event itself may be cancelled, or there could be change in the itinerary. In such cases, the host will try their best to provide an alternate feasible activity or a voucher will be handed over (in case of cancellation or rescheduling of event) to you. However no refund will be provided for the same.

In case the trip is cancelled by the host for lack of minimum number of people in the batch, you will get a full refund.
