What to pack?
Expected temperature during our trip is expected to be around 8 to 25 degrees Celsius. You are advised to pack some winter clothes along. This is part adventure part leisure trip, so you can flaunt your best dresses but are also suggested to pack some loose comfortable wear while walking. You're quite safe in wearing the clothes of your liking in Nagaland. We suggest you to also pack a pair of trekking or sports shoes (not new) for walking. While your trip leader is going to be carrying basic First Aid kit, you are advised to bring along the medicines that are prescribed to you. And lastly, do not forget to pack some snacks to share with the group, and the biggest of smiles!

Bring on your road-trip games, get the ZNMD mode on as we set out for the 2 day road-trip to Nagaland! We are intentionally not pre-planning the tonight's stay and will see with you as to where the road takes us.

Day 2: Pack up from our stay to set out on the road once again. Let's sing some more, tell jokes and laugh some more as we continue our journey further towards Nagaland. We intend to reach Nagaland and directly make our way to the camping facility at the Hornbill festival! Let's get the party started!

Day 3: After 2 days of road-tripping, we take it easy on this day. Wake up leisurely, loiter around at the camp site, walk around and explore the festival site and Kisama Heritage village . Camps of the tribes performing at the festival are set up nearby and one can go around meeting the awesome Nagas. Spend the day exploring by yourself the places nearby.

Day 4: We set out on an exploration trip to the Khonoma village. Khonoma village is called the first Green village of India. Let's go found out for ourselves the Why! Khonoma also speaks volumes of the courage and bravery of the Nagas telling tales from the times of the British Empire. A lot remains to be explored. Overnight, we spend in a temporary facility in Khonoma or other nearby villages or come back to Kisama.

Day 5: Another day at the Festival! Another day for exploration. Nearby villages (like Kigwema) and the village lifestyles, World War memorial - a lot to be seen, explored and understood of this lesser known state of Nagaland. As Nagaland gears up for the upcoming Christmas, night carnival on the streets of Kohima is another experience to be had.

Day 6: Making our return journey, it'll be time to head to another village then. Mokokchung. Beautiful beyond description, they say. Let's go find out why! Some nearby village explorations, if possible.

Day 7: Walk around, soak in the air of Nagaland, as we exit Nagaland today. A road-trip again. To Kaziranga in Assam! The home of the famous one horned Rhinoceros!

Day 8: We'll go see the One horned Rhinoceros and other wildlife by the jeep safari in the Kaziranga National Park on this day! Spot some birds and enjoy the animals carrying on with their animal-y things in their natural habitat. We'll come back and chill on this day - contemplating over the awesome experiences on the trip. We'll talk, laugh and play some more!

Day 9 (9th Dec): Start early morning for the road-trip back to Guwahati Airport. With great memories and new friends, we part, with promises to meet again. Please plan your flights from Guwahati Airport after 4 pm.
